These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Nupova website and to every purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our website

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Please give us accurate, current information when you check out.

2. Our products

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but colours can look different on different screens and packaging may change. Descriptions and availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable, a price was wrong or we suspect fraud); if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid in full. Products are sold for personal use, not for resale.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount shown, but not import duties or taxes charged by your country. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. All orders are paid in full at checkout. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any fees.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control, but we'll always help you track down a late parcel.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to Nupova or its licensors. You may use it only to shop with us, not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property Rights page to report a concern.

8. Reviews and feedback

If you post a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's your own and truthful, and you give us a free, worldwide licence to use, display and adapt it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not use our website for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, to scrape or overload it, or to interfere with its security. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or use services run by others (such as payment providers and carriers). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep our website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may correct errors, including in prices, at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
