How to report an infringement

Email support@nupova.com with the subject line "Intellectual property notice", or write to Nupova, 30 N. Gould St., Sheridan, WY 82801, US, and include:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email address, and who you represent if you're acting on someone's behalf.
2. A description of the work or trademark you believe has been infringed, with proof of ownership or registration where possible.
3. The web address (URL) of each page or product on our website that you're concerned about.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every complete notice promptly, usually within 3 business days. Where appropriate we'll remove or disable the content or product in question while we look into it, and let you know what we've done.

If your content was removed

If you believe something was removed by mistake, email us with the details and an explanation, and we'll review it again.
